上海三达利装饰工程有限公司成立于1994年。但若追根溯源，其实我们于1983年便已诞生于新加坡。众所周知，20世纪80年代是房地产开发和建设公共基础设施的黄金时代，当代中国的蓬勃发展也由此起航。我们三达利的三位先锋合伙人看到了这座东方古国的潜力，便不远重洋，从新加坡来到上海。

三达利专注于GRG行业的建筑设计、建材生产以及建设服务。作为国内GRG行业的先驱龙头企业，自上个世纪90年代起，我们就在思考如何推动整个行业的发展，能使中国的产品与服务同全球接轨。为此我们做出了革命性的转变，保留核心技术，将更多的人才输送到市场中，带动整个GRG市场的良性竞争，刺激国内技术水准的提升。

作为市场领导者，三达利参与过中国内地不计其数的地标性大型项目。尤为一提的是，公司在2003年和2006年分别参与了澳门威尼斯人酒店和广州的星海歌剧院的建设。在澳门威尼斯人酒店项目里，我们取得了ASTM国际标准的认可，这个项目持续建设了六年，总建筑面基达到20000平米。这是三达利在GRG行业中的一座丰碑，也是我们每个三达利人的骄傲！

三达利初始于中新合资企业，在我们的企业精神中，有新加坡的严谨，也有中国的睿智。我们不仅是业内最早实现ASTM标准的运营商，也是最早与国际接轨实现技术交流的服务商。20 多年里，三达利作为先锋者，为整个行业源源不断地输出着技术、人才、标准、精神，推动着中国GRG、GRC市场的澎湃发展。三达利始终视技术为第一生产力，以匠人之心为建筑呈现艺术之美，以我们的专业和技术致力于为消费者提供更优质的产品与服务。

Founded in 1994, Shanghai Santarli Decorative Engineering was originally established in 1983, in Singapore. During a time when land reclamation projects was at their peak, the firm made its mark in the fields of building public infrastructures and as well as property developments. The three pioneering partners then saw the opportunity to venture abroad. After much considerations, they chose China eventually for its prime location and vast market.

Due to the company’s main focuses on construction services; materials and production, it required a sizable operation area. And because of following expansion as well, the need for even more space; initial and latter investments then went into acquiring land parcels in the then rural, southern part of Shanghai. Interestingly, this move resulted in the naming of surrounding streets after the establishment when urbanization was induced later on, creating the modern day Santarli landmark! Those streets still stand today.

Towards the end of the last millennium, after dominating the conventional (fibrous) gypsum plasterboard industry for about a decade, Santarli’s business acumen shifted to developing GRG. Being a market leader, participating in almost every major local projects, the firm had no problem securing even more prominent projects such as The Venetian Macao (resort hotel in Macao) and Xinghai Concert Hall (Guangzhou) during 2003 and 2006 respectively. Actual construction period for the resort started in 2005 (after attaining the ASTM International Standards, formerly known as the American Society for Testing and Materials) and lasted an entire six years! Totaling a completed built-up surface area of 20000sqm.

Santarli is a joint Sino-Singapore venture and our product line utilizes mainly imported raw materials. We are not just one of the earliest operator achieving ASTM standard; exporting products with approval, but also earliest in sending/ training staffs abroad in America. Always leading the trend and as proven many times, we continue to challenge the industry norm. Till date, we are also the only organization that has successfully combined 3D technology with traditional craftsmanship and brought the methodology to a higher level.
